What Are Tyvek Paper Wristbands?
If you've been to a waterpark or a concert in India, you've probably worn a Tyvek wristband. Same material, same design — that's the best way to understand what these are. Waterproof, non-tearable, and built to last a full day.
Technically, Tyvek is a high-density polyethylene fibre — same family as courier envelopes, but engineered into a thin, flexible sheet. It doesn't absorb water. It doesn't tear easily under normal wear. And once the adhesive closure is pressed shut, removing it destroys the band visibly: part of the die-cut stays on one end, the material separates from itself. There's no way to slide it off and pass it to someone else.

Full Colour (4-Colour) Print
Multi-colour digital printing. Full gradients, photos, complex logos, sponsor branding. Most venues now choose this — better brand colour match and a more premium look.
Single Colour Print
One colour printed on the wristband base. Clean, bold, ideal for simple logos and text. Most cost-effective option.
Width / Size
19mm (¾ inch)
Standard width. Most popular for events. Note: active print area is ~15mm — your logo or text must fit within that. The last third of the band gets covered when worn, so keep your design front-loaded.
25mm (1 inch)
Wider band — more print real estate. Ideal for complex designs, larger logos, or maximum visual impact.
⚠️ Design File Tips
Active print area on 19mm band: ~15mm. Your logo and text must fit within this. There's a small registration tolerance at the edges — don't push the design right to the band edge or it may shift up or down.
The last ~33% of the band gets covered when worn. Keep your main design front-loaded — on the first two-thirds of the band. Anything on the tail end won't be visible on the wrist.
File format: Vector preferred (.ai, .eps, .pdf, .svg). High-res PNG or JPG at 300 DPI also works. No design? Send us your logo on WhatsApp and we'll build it at no charge.
